In a separate report carried by Anadolu Agency, Panathinaikos Basketball Club President Dimitris Giannakopoulos also directed sharp criticism at EuroLeague over the same incidents, assailing the organization's handling of the situation.

Fenerbahçe Beko, one of Turkey's most successful clubs in European basketball, routinely brings one of the largest travelling supports to the Final Four and found itself a direct victim of those organizational failures.
