Zelensky: Patriot interceptors still undelivered, Starlink speeds unrestored
Ukraine's president told Washington's Hudson Institute on Friday that two agreed defence commitments remain unfulfilled ahead of winter.

Patriot interceptor missiles agreed with Washington have still not arrived in Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky said Friday, warning the delay leaves the country short of critical air defences as Russian forces continue near-daily strikes.
Speaking to Washington's Hudson Institute, Zelensky named interceptor missiles for Patriot air defence systems and energy supplies as Ukraine's two most pressing winter requirements. He said Ukraine was "waiting for interceptors that we have already agreed on," but they were still not arriving.
Zelensky said Ukraine was seeking support from countries in Asia and the Middle East as well as European partners, while counting on an American package.
He also pushed back on reports that Starlink and Starshield services had been restored, saying that "speed limits on Starlink and Starshield are still there" and the speed had not been restored. He added that the restrictions had complicated military logistics, though Ukrainian forces continued to hold their positions.
