Russian President Vladimir Putin said he is ready to meet Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky in any country in the world to sign a final agreement on conflict resolution.
According to Putin, as reported by TASS, the meeting would take place solely for the purpose of formalising the final document. The Russian leader also commented on the prisoner exchange situation, noting that the process is currently stalled.
