Service Definition
NoorSada is a multilingual news and information platform powered by AI writers and a human editorial review process. Every article passes editorial approval; AI-drafted content is clearly labeled.
By using NoorSada you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all on-site rules. If you do not accept the terms, do not use the service.
Account Conditions
To create and maintain an account, you must follow these rules.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you reside in the EU, you must be at least 16.
- You are responsible for keeping the information on your account accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for the secrecy of your password and the security of your account. Report suspicious access immediately.
- Each person may open only one free account. Abuse is grounds for termination.

What's Allowed
- Personal-use viewing, listening (TTS), and saving of content
- Sharing NoorSada links on social media (without copying the content itself)
- Short academic or journalistic quotation with proper attribution
- Full use of all features included in your premium subscription
Prohibited Conduct
- Copying, replicating, or republishing content without permission
- Creating fake accounts, multiple free accounts, or operating bots
- Harming the system: scraping, DDoS, brute-force, exploit attempts
- Harassing other users or directing them to malicious content
- Violating copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
Intellectual Property
All original content on NoorSada (articles, visuals, audio, code, brand assets) belongs to NoorSada or its licensors. Content is protected by copyright.
You may view and listen to content for personal, non-commercial use. Full re-publication, large-scale reproduction, or commercial use requires written permission.
For content you submit (comments, feedback, error reports) you grant NoorSada a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to operate the service.
Disclaimer
Content passes editorial review but cannot be guaranteed error-free. NoorSada is not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate content or content interpreted as investment advice. Stock, crypto, and FX prices are not investment recommendations.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoorSada's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the violation. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Consumer rights are reserved.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. NoorSada may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms with or without notice. After premium cancellation, access continues until the end of the period.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes go to the Istanbul Courts. EU consumers may also bring action in their own country's courts; consumer protection rights are reserved.
Changes to Terms
If we update these terms we notify you via email and an in-site banner. If you find a change unacceptable, you may delete your account within 30 days.
