Turkey Requires Bus Companies to Offer Full Ticket Refunds Up to 12 Hours Before Departure

Turkish Transport and Infrastructure Minister Abdulkadir Uraloglu announced that intercity bus companies must refund passengers the full ticket price up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure.

The measure is aimed at protecting passenger rights and providing greater flexibility in canceling reservations, and applies to all intercity land transport routes across Turkey.
