Two of Europe's most influential energy and green transition policy think tanks, Agora and RAP, are merging to create the largest dedicated green transition research institution in the bloc.
The combined entity will consolidate expertise in climate policy, renewable energy deployment, and industrial decarbonization strategy. Both organisations have shaped EU climate and energy legislation through research and advisory work.
