Galatasaray MCT Technic defeats Beşiktaş 78-75, evens playoff series 1-1

Galatasaray MCT Technic defeated Beşiktaş GAİN 78-75 in Game 2 of the Basketball Super League quarterfinal series at home, tying the series 1-1.

According to Cumhuriyet newspaper, Beşiktaş GAİN — which had taken the series lead in Game 1 — fell to its opponent in Game 2. Playing in front of their own supporters, Galatasaray managed to secure the win by a narrow three-point margin in a hard-fought contest. Following a tense match in which the lead changed hands repeatedly until the final moments, the series advances to a third and decisive game.

In the Basketball Super League quarterfinal format, the first team to win two games advances to the next round. Accordingly, the winner of the third and final game will advance to the semifinals.
