Agriculture Minister Ibrahim Yumaklı stated that Turkey ranks first on the European continent in terms of agricultural output and seventh globally. The minister announced that through investments made, the agricultural sector has reached a revenue level of approximately 33 billion dollars.
Yumaklı expressed that this achievement also demonstrates the country's capacity to supply food products to world nations in need. It was emphasized that strategic investments in the agricultural sector have strengthened Turkey's position in the global food market.
The minister touched upon ongoing efforts aimed at increasing agricultural production capacity in his remarks.
