In 2026, over 91 million soms will be allocated to Kyzyl-Kiya for major road repairs, street lighting, and modernization of irrigation networks. Mamyrjan Rakhimov, the presidential plenipotentiary representative in Batken Region, visited the city on a working trip and inspected infrastructure and industrial enterprises.
Road surfaces are being renewed on Soviet, Masalieva, Chekhov, and Sultanov streets. Using incentive grants, repairs are underway at secondary schools No. 2 and No. 4.
Rakhimov reviewed operations at the flour mill of JSC "Dan": the enterprise has been fully modernized, equipped with milling machinery from Turkey, and produces up to 60 tons of enriched flour per day for the domestic market of Batken Region. The mill employs 25 people.
LLC "Asyl Holding" is installing equipment for a new building materials facility on a 0.4-hectare plot provided by the city administration. The project has attracted $150,000 (13.1 million soms) in private investment. The facility's launch is scheduled for August 31, 2026, and the enterprise will produce between 60 and 70 tons of liquid and bulk construction materials.
Kyzyl-Kia will receive over 91 million som for road repairs, lighting and irrigation networks in 2026. A new construction materials production facility will attract $150 thousand in investments and begin operations by the end of August 2026.
Infrastructure investments will improve road connectivity and utilities in the city. New construction materials production will create a local source of building materials and generate additional jobs in the region.
