Courts in Konya and Izmir Issue Bankruptcy Rulings Against Two Industrial Companies

Konya 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance ruled on the bankruptcy of MS Dorse Treyler ve Ekipmanları Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, a manufacturer of flatbed trailers and equipment; following the ruling, a bankruptcy estate numbered 2026/10 was established within the Konya 1st Enforcement Bankruptcy Office.

In the same proceedings, Izmir 1st Commercial Court of First Instance also issued a bankruptcy ruling against Yücelen Vinç Makine Otomasyon Tarım Hayvancılık Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, which operates in the Torbalı district.

Both companies initially filed for concordat; after temporary and final grace period rulings, they failed to adhere to their debt payment schedules and were drawn into court proceedings. The duties of the concordat commissioners have ended, and the precautionary measures previously applied have been lifted.

Konya-based MS Dorse manufactured equipment for the agriculture, transportation, and recycling sectors to European standards. Yücelen in Torbalı was one of the region's recognized firms in the crane and automation machinery field. In both companies, the concordat processes could not function as protective measures.
