Russia hands over 20 children to Ukraine under family reunification deal

Russia has transferred approximately 20 children to Ukraine as part of ongoing family reunification efforts, according to Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova via TASS. The exchange represents continued humanitarian coordination between the two warring nations.
