Russia has transferred approximately 20 children to Ukraine as part of ongoing family reunification efforts, according to Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatiana Moskalkova via TASS. The exchange represents continued humanitarian coordination between the two warring nations.
Putin called for continuation of such work to reunite children with their families. The transfers address cases of children separated from parents during the conflict. Both sides have exchanged children in phases throughout the war, though thousands of cases reportedly remain unresolved.
