The Capital Markets Board (CMB), at its meeting dated 27 October 2026 and numbered 76/1919, decided on compensation of Tera Yatırım Menkul Değerler AŞ investors and gradual liquidation. The decision was announced through a notice published by the Investor Compensation Center (YTM).

As of 27 October 2026, only YTM may exercise control over all assets of the brokerage. The duties and powers of the institution's legal bodies will be carried out by YTM until liquidation is completed; all enforcement and bankruptcy proceedings will cease automatically, and attachments and precautionary measures will be lifted.

Investors must submit their compensation claims to YTM within 2 months from the date of the notice, using a signed application form sent by post or delivered in person. Natural and legal persons indebted to the brokerage are required to make payments to the "YTM Tera Gradual Liquidation Account" bearing IBAN TR53 0001 0017 4564 5978 1466 81 at Ziraat Bank AŞ Ankara Public Institutional Branch.

Within 3 months from 27 October 2026, the date the compensation decision was made, YTM will prepare a list of creditors based on cash payments and delivery of capital market instruments. Compensation payments under this scope will be made within 3 months following the date of announcement of this list; if necessary, it may be extended by a maximum of 3 additional months with CMB approval. Applications not included in the creditors list will be evaluated within a 1-year statute of limitations period following publication of the announcement in the Turkish Trade Registry Gazette.
