Turkish pilgrims begin their journey to Arafat today at 14:00

The Arafat vigil is considered the essence of Hajj, one of the five pillars of Islam, and it is known that a pilgrim who fails to perform this vigil has his or her Hajj deemed invalid. The worship that will take place in the Plain of Arafat, where millions of Muslims gather together, will continue until evening and coincides with the eve of Eid al-Adha.
