Domestic Superjet-100 deliveries to begin in late 2026

Denis Manturov announced that deliveries of Russian Sukhoi Superjet SJ-100 aircraft are scheduled to begin in late 2026 or the first quarter of 2027. The aircraft will be equipped with the domestically-produced PD-8 engine after the aircraft receives certification.

The project is part of Russia's import-substitution program in the aviation industry. Development of the SJ-100 began following the cessation of cooperation with foreign partners.
