An Armenian prisoner of war detained in Azerbaijan has appealed to the international community over alleged violations of his rights during trial in Baku, according to The Armenian Report.
David Babayan, a spokesman for Armenian interests, said appeal letters from the detainee have disappeared while in Azerbaijani custody, raising concerns about access to legal representation.
