In swimming, Yegor Bolotov set continental records in the 100-meter backstroke and 200-meter individual medley. The Asian record in the 50-meter freestyle belongs to 16-year-old Lolahon Kodirova. Another 16 athletes improved Asian Paralympic records in para-cycling, powerlifting, and track and field.

Dmitry Khorlin reached the podium at the Asian Paralympics for the fourth time. Bobijon Omonov, Husniddin Norbekov, Kudratillohon Marukhuzhaev, and Fakhriddin Hamroev won medals for the third time. Asila Mirzaeva, Shahina Igitaliyeva, Guljonoiy Naimova, and Ruza Kuzieva confirmed their titles for the second time. Madina Mukhtorova, Navruza Akhmadova, and Mubinabonu Halilova became two-time champions of the Games, while Khurshid Kodirov won three gold medals. Yegor Bolotov, competing at the Asian Paralympics for the first time, won four gold and one silver medal in para-swimming.

Flag bearer Marjona Pardabaeva, the first Uzbek athlete to win a world championship gold medal in para-cycling, became a two-time Asian champion. Fifteen-year-old Boburbek Toshtemirov won Uzbekistan's first gold in track para-cycling and became the country's youngest champion at these games.

"With your outstanding victories on the arenas of Aichi-Nagoya, you have shown the world that the Paralympic movement in New Uzbekistan has reached a new level," the presidential message stated.

Mirziyoyev expressed confidence that the results and experience gained in Japan will become the foundation for preparation for the 2028 Paralympic Games in Los Angeles.
