Japarov Returns from Ankara with the Highest Award of the Turkic World
At the 13th OTS summit, Kyrgyzstan's president received an order from Erdogan's hands and signed multilateral documents of the organization.

President Sadyr Japarov completed his working visit to Turkey on October 30 and returned to Kyrgyzstan, reported the Kabar agency.
On the first day of the visit, October 29, Japarov, together with the leaders of states that are members of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS), visited the "Turkic Civilizations" park in Ankara. Kyrgyzstan is represented there by the sculpture "Murasker," reflecting the traditions of nomadic culture and eagle hunting art. The leaders also took part in a tree-planting ceremony and watched a concert program dedicated to the national cultural traditions of OTS countries.
On the same day, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan presented Japarov with the highest order of the Turkic world. The decision to award was made by the heads of states that are members of the OTS in recognition of the Kyrgyz leader's contribution to strengthening the unity of the Turkic world and developing cooperation between fraternal countries.
On October 30 in Ankara, the 13th OTS summit took place. Japarov outlined cooperation priorities within the framework of the organization: trade and economic ties, joint investment projects, transport and logistics infrastructure, digitalization, education, tourism, and protection of mountain ecosystems.
Following the summit, the leaders signed a number of multilateral documents, including the declaration of the 13th OTS summit and decisions on personnel matters in the organization's governing bodies. In addition, Japarov held bilateral negotiations with President Erdogan.
