Russian Drones Strike UN Humanitarian Convoy in Kherson

Russian drones struck a clearly marked UN humanitarian convoy in Kherson twice while it was delivering aid to civilians. According to Kyiv, the convoy was visibly marked with UN identification insignia. UN personnel were not harmed. UN humanitarian affairs chief Tom Fletcher characterized the attacks as deliberate. The incident once again focuses attention on humanitarian access to Russian-controlled territories in Ukraine.
