Kyrgyzstan's Prime Minister Adylbek Kassymaliев inspected facilities in Issyk-Kul region being prepared for the VI World Nomad Games 2026.
In the village of Ornok, Kassymaliев visited the Kurmanzhан Datka Center for Nomadic Civilization, where an international conference titled "Nomadic Civilizations: Heritage, Paradigms and Future" will be held as part of the Games' scientific program. Within the Center's territory, 16 sculptural compositions have been installed as part of the "Legend of Great Mountains" project, with an additional seven sculptures placed at the museum entrance.
In Cholpon-Ata, the prime minister inspected the Gazprom sports and wellness complex, the Center for Ethno-Cultural Development, equestrian sports and breeding livestock industries, the equestrian arena under construction, and the Nomad ethno-cultural complex.
On the Kyrchyn pasture, construction of an ethno-village continues, along with territory improvement and infrastructure preparation for the 2026 World Nomad Games.
Following the inspection, Kassymaliев instructed state bodies and local authorities to complete preparatory work within the established timeframes. He particularly emphasized the need to prioritize security and improvement of the facilities.
