The National Intelligence Organization (MİT) carried out a comprehensive cross-border operation against ISIS on Syrian territory. According to information reported by TRT Haber, the operation was conducted in full coordination with the Syrian Intelligence Service.
As a result of the operation, a total of 10 ISIS members wanted on Interpol red notices were apprehended and transferred to Turkey. MİT did not share detailed information about the identities of those captured or the region in which the operation was carried out.
