Rubio calls Ukrainian army strongest in Europe

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that the Ukrainian army has become the "strongest and most powerful" in Europe. According to him, combat experience, Western assistance, and the rapid deployment of drones and new technologies have given Ukraine military superiority on the continent.
