Russian forces struck Dnipro's railway station again on the evening of Friday, Oct. 30, sparking a fire and wounding one woman, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Oleksandr Hanzha said.

Ukrzaliznytsia confirmed that several targeted strikes hit the station during the evening. The railway operator said evacuation had been announced in advance and that passengers and employees had taken shelter; its initial statement reported no casualties among those groups, while Hanzha identified one wounded woman being taken to hospital.

Neither Hanzha nor Ukrzaliznytsia specified the weapon used. A claim circulating on local channels that a jet-powered Shahed was involved was not confirmed in either official account.

Ukrzaliznytsia said it had established areas for extended stays in the station's underground spaces and asked everyone inside to remain sheltered until the air-raid alert ended. Passengers whose journeys were not essential were encouraged to postpone travel; tickets could be returned for a 100% refund.

The evening attack followed overnight strikes into Oct. 30 that Ukrzaliznytsia chief Oleksandr Pertsovskyi said caused repeated hits and regional power outages. Substantial delays had already accumulated before the evening strike: the Dnipro-Lviv service No. 127/128 was running 16 hours and 15 minutes late on Friday morning, and services to Chernivtsi and Ivano-Frankivsk were each delayed by 14 hours and 20 minutes.

The strikes came a day after an attack on the same station on Oct. 29 killed 15 people.
