Osh State University has signed a memorandum of cooperation with Tianjin Transport Professional College, one of China's leading specialized educational institutions in transport and logistics. The ceremony took place on October 14; the document was signed on behalf of Osh State University by rector Kudayberdi Kozhobekov and dean of the Kyrgyz-Chinese faculty Tynystан Pazylov.

Under the agreement, the parties agreed to establish a joint workshop called "Luban" — a format of educational partnership widely used by Chinese colleges abroad to transfer practical competencies — and to jointly develop programs in logistics and transport management. The cooperation is directly linked to the implementation of the China–Kyrgyzstan–Uzbekistan railway project, which is intended to significantly expand transport and logistics connections in the Central Asian region.

The work is planned to be carried out in two stages. In the first stage, the main focus will be on training logistics specialists. The second stage will cover electric vehicle maintenance and related modern technologies: growing demand for electric transport in Kyrgyzstan is already creating a significant shortage of qualified personnel in this sector.
