Saudi Arabia's Energy Ministry confirmed that a building belonging to Aramco in Dhahran was struck in an operation carried out by Houthi forces, noting a "limited fire" with no reported casualties or deaths.

Houthi military spokesman Yahya Saree announced on Wednesday the execution of a "qualitative military operation" targeting Aramco in Dhahran, along with strikes on Riyadh airport and a refinery in the capital, affirming that operations "will continue in the coming days" to target Saudi airports and oil facilities.

Dhahran is home to Aramco's main complex, which houses multiple buildings and residential compounds. The Energy Ministry confirmed the strike but did not disclose the nature of the targeted building or the extent of structural damage, a detail that has not been clarified as thoroughly as it warrants.

In the same context, Saudi-backed Yemeni government forces reported intercepting a drone headed toward Medina and a missile fired in the direction of Riyadh.

The Saudi-led coalition launched counter-strikes along Yemen's western coast on the Red Sea, amid escalating confrontations along this axis.
