The humanitarian mission in Aleshky has been completed. Russia's Human Rights Ombudsman Yana Lantratova announced the departure of the convoy, stating that they "are completing the humanitarian mission in Aleshky" and are already on the territory of Armyansk, organizing into separate convoys.

According to Lantratova, the convoy with residents who decided to evacuate is heading toward Russia and Ukraine. US First Lady Melania Trump reported on her X account that 750 people were evacuated from the city. Head of the Servant of the People faction in the Verkhovna Rada David Arakhamia clarified that the Ukrainian delegation, along with some of the evacuated, departed for Anapa, from where they are scheduled to fly by plane to Belarus.

Ukraine's Ombudsman Dmytro Lubinets confirmed the convoy's departure, stating that "humanitarian assistance is on site" and people are en route, while noting that he is traveling with them and observing that separate buses are heading to Ukraine and separate ones to Russian territory.

Before the mission began, approximately 2,000 people remained in Aleshky — predominantly elderly and around 50 children. The city lacks electricity, water, and heating; ground access is complicated by shelling and drone attacks. The situation was previously discussed by the presidents of the United States and Russia; Vladimir Putin also raised this issue with the Pope.

Kyiv designates Aleshky, located in Kherson region, as occupied territory.
