Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has compensated 90% of assets stolen during a hacker attack on the night of October 30. The company announced this itself.

According to Binance's press release, "as of today, this figure has reached 90 percent". The company also reported that assets in BTC, ETH, USDT, BNB, SOL, USDC, XRP, USD1, RLUSD, and ZEC are fully backed.

The exchange stated that it will continue purchasing missing tokens through market and over-the-counter channels until reaching 100% backing for each asset. Binance is absorbing the financial losses associated with the theft.

According to analysts' estimates, the damage from the hack could amount to $6.3 billion. If the estimate is confirmed, the incident could become the largest cryptocurrency theft in history.
