Centrum Air to launch Tashkent–Hyderabad flights from 28 September 2026

Uzbek airline Centrum Air will launch regular flights on the Tashkent–Hyderabad–Tashkent route twice weekly starting 28 September 2026, according to the Dunyo news agency.

Flights will be operated on Airbus A320neo aircraft. Hyderabad will become the second Indian city in Centrum Air's route network after New Delhi.

The new route was presented in Hyderabad with participation from the Embassy of Uzbekistan, airline representatives, and more than 120 members of the tourism and business communities of both countries. Sardor Rustambaev, Uzbekistan's ambassador to India, called the launch of direct air service a practical implementation of agreements reached during the Indian prime minister's visit to Tashkent on 29–30 August.

Event participants also learned about tourism opportunities in Uzbekistan, hotel infrastructure, and recreational destinations. It was noted that the flow of tourists from India to Uzbekistan is growing.
