RAL Yatırım Holding files for concordat: Stock plunges from 390 TL to 21.78 TL
Ankara 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance granted a three-month temporary stay effective from October 19 at 17:10.

RAL Yatırım Holding A.Ş., trading on Borsa İstanbul under the ticker RALYH, announced on October 16, 2024 that it had filed for concordat proceedings and disclosed this through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). According to Ekonomim, the Ankara 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance issued a three-month temporary stay decision effective from October 19 at 17:10 under Articles 286 and 287 of the Execution and Bankruptcy Law.
The company acknowledged that it had concealed information regarding the concordat filing from the public since the date of application and disclosed it only after the court decision. Short-term liquidity pressure and difficulties in accessing financing were cited as the grounds for the filing.
Following the announcement, RALYH shares closed the day down 10 percent at 21.78 TL; during the trading session, the stock did not fall below the floor price but remained at 21.78 TL throughout. The stock, which rose to approximately 390 TL during 2024, has continued to shed over 94 percent from that level.
During the 2023-2024 period when RAL Holding faced its last major liquidity crisis, shares experienced sharp declines; however, the company did not file for concordat during that period. Before the three-month temporary stay period expires, the court must issue a final stay decision.
