Özkan Yalım claims he gave Özgür Özel 1.2 million TL

Suspended Uşak Mayor Özkan Yalım provided additional testimony to prosecutors by taking advantage of an effective remorse provision. According to Yalım's claims, he transferred a total of 1.2 million TL to CHP Chairman Özgür Özel in the period preceding the 2023 CHP Convention—200,000 TL in one instance and 1 million TL in another, in separate transactions.
