Kyrgyzstan's President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree "On Measures to Improve Legal Guarantees for the Protection of Good-Faith Taxpayers," the Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic announced.

The document is aimed at further modernization of the tax system, strengthening the protection of good-faith taxpayers, and creating more favorable conditions for business development in the country. The decree's primary objective is to ensure a fair balance between the interests of the state and the rights of business entities, while directing the efforts of regulatory bodies toward identifying the organizers and users of tax evasion schemes.

According to the document, a Registry of Bad-Faith Taxpayers will be established. Additionally, liability is set for the use of fictitious electronic invoices and for registering businesses in the names of nominees. A separate mechanism is introduced for holding actual beneficial owners and persons managing companies accountable, regardless of their formal status.

The Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic emphasized that the adopted measures are designed to create a more transparent and fair business environment in which good-faith entrepreneurs will receive reliable legal protection.
