A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle caused a fire at oil pipeline infrastructure in Tambov region, regional governor Yevgeny Pervyshov announced early Tuesday morning. According to him, the fire occurred "at one of the enterprises in the Michurinsk district"; there were no casualties.

Investigative outlet Astra identified the facility from video footage as the Nikolskoye linear production and dispatch control station operated by state-owned Transneft — a critical transit hub of the Druzhba oil pipeline, through which crude oil is supplied to Eastern and Central European countries.

The station receives, stores, and transports crude oil and petroleum products — diesel fuel, gasoline, aviation kerosene, and fuel oil. Its designed throughput capacity is 300,000 metric tons per day.

The attack followed U.S. President Donald Trump's announcement of a deal reached with the Kremlin to increase Russian diesel exports to global markets — aimed at offsetting rising energy prices.

Russia's Defense Ministry stated that it struck four commercial cargo ships, one of which was heading in the direction of Odesa, as well as logistics facilities in Volyn and Khmelnytsky regions.

Meanwhile, in Ukraine, three people were killed in a Russian drone strike near the highway connecting Kyiv to the Black Sea port of Odesa. More than 32,700 families in Odesa region lost electricity after a nighttime attack on three facilities operated by Ukraine's largest private energy company, DTEK.
